I was on St. Kitts recently and would be very interested in mooring at the marina for the winter months. Do you currently have slips available? Can you provide me a price range, and the sizes you have available? I have an 81’ Ferretti. Thank you!

Your idea looks great, but the combination of extraordinary claims and little progress posted gives the overall impression that you are unwilling to admit to financial difficulties that the recession has probably caused.

Showing dredging progress is tough, but we have continued at a steady pace. A significant portion of the first phase of the marina has been excavated, and we expect to break ground on the bulkhead and docks before the end of this year. Pre-sales of yacht slips have been very encouraging, with 8 of 12 reserved and 2 new reservations pending. We are fortunate to have maintained sales and construction momentum through the recession.
